how can I change the Hardware IDs of my Nivdia Video card after new window install.
you can check too in device manager just click the properties of the graphic card and under details , properties , hardware ID like that "PCI\VEN_14F1&DEV_2F20&SUBSYS_200F14F1"
i want to change this if you can help me.

how can I change the Hardware IDs of my Nivdia Video card after new window install.What hardware? I assume under Windows OS. You can spoof these values (HDD, GPU etc.) , many different software solutions available for this...

Use it on a virtualbox machine and will changes all hardwares of that machine.
On the original system like i said is limited on changing some hardwares.
